About Us

Who Are We?

What Do We Do?

Handprints Society is a faith-driven, non-profit organization rooted in the heart of compassion. We exist to be the extended hands and feet of Christ reaching the forgotten, the vulnerable, and the overlooked. Our calling is to be a beacon of love in dark places, a vessel of hope for the broken, and a symbol of transformation for entire communities.

We serve not for recognition, but because we believe that every human being deserves the dignity of love, the power of opportunity, and the warmth of care. Inspired by the teachings of Jesus, we go where others hesitate, bringing education to children, healing to the sick, food to the hungry, shelter to the homeless, and the message of hope to the spiritually weary.

What Are Our Projects?

Bushfire Ministry

Bushfire Ministry serves as the umbrella body for Handprints Society’s outreach in Pokot. Founded with a vision to transform remote and marginalized communities in the region, Bushfire Ministry embodies the same heart of love, hope, compassion, and transformation but contextualized to the unique needs of West Pokot. Through this arm, we are able to coordinate and implement projects that address education, spiritual growth, healthcare, and community development. It serves as a hub for our mission’s long-term presence in Pokot, facilitating sustainable change and multiplying our reach. Under Bushfire Ministry, we operate two primary initiatives:

1. New Vision School – Pokot

sample-image In the heart of Karia village, we have established New Vision School a growing beacon of hope for the children of West Pokot. This school, operating under Bushfire Ministry the umbrella organization for Handprints Society in Pokot started with just a handful of students learning under a tree and has now expanded to serve dozens of children, providing them with quality early childhood education, a feeding program, school supplies, and spiritual nurturing.

In a community where access to education is a rare privilege, especially for girls, New Vision School is more than a classroom it is a place of transformation, protection, and purpose. We are committed to building more classrooms, hiring trained teachers, and empowering children to rise above the cycle of poverty.

2. West Pokot Outreach Center

Karia village, West Pokot. Here, we responded to God's call to love those deemed unreachable. In a land where girls are married off at an early age and medical care is lacking, we planted a church and started a preschool which have become the seeds of transformation. We dream of building a full school and a dispensary to serve this community holistically.
